STIIIZY, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee multi-entity manufacturing and distribution accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

This hands-on role combines team leadership with personal preparation of reconciliations, schedules, and journal entries while supporting month-end and year-end closes. You will mentor a dispersed team across locations, drive process improvements, and collaborate with auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years leading a team.
• Experience in multi-entity operations, audits, budgeting, and system implementations.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations across multiple entities, including GL functions.
• Support month-end and year-end close with reconciliations, schedules, and journal entries.
• Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidation support.
• Lead and develop a dispersed team; manage hiring and performance.
• Communicate results and insights to non-finance stakeholders.
• Drive automation of reconciliation and reporting processes using ERP tools.
• Collaborate with auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
• Perform other duties as needed.
