The role requires CPA, 12+ years in accounting/finance with 5+ years in leadership, plus strong US GAAP, SEC, and SOX experience. You'll oversee global consolidations and report to senior leadership in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Public company experience desired (advertising/media/services).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance.
• Experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate accounting function and technical accounting topics.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close per US GAAP & SEC requirements.
• Partner with regional finance leaders to standardize global accounting policies.
• Ensure SOX compliance and liaise with external auditors.
