STIIIZY seeks an Accounting Manager to lead multi-entity manufacturing and distribution accounting. You will personally prepare reconciliations, schedules, and journal entries while guiding a distributed team and supporting close processes.

You will redesign reconciliation workflows, drive automation, and ensure GAAP compliance. Strong communication with non-finance stakeholders is essential to provide actionable insights.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years leading a team.
• Experience in multi-entity, manufacturing/distribution accounting and audits.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations of accounting areas across multiple entities.
• Support month-end and year-end close; prepare reconciliations and journal entries.
• Manage intercompany transactions and multi-entity consolidations.
