Job summary

PBS Facility Services is seeking a highly experienced Controller to lead and expand the Accounting team. You will report to the Founder & CEO and COO, overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting, with responsibility to scale the team to six professionals.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar Controller/Accounting leadership role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations: AP, AR, GL, and financial reporting.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
