• Oversee full-cycle accounting (GL, AP/AR, payroll, cash, revenue) and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to provide actionable insights.
• Develop financial models to evaluate investments, acquisitions, and cost optimization.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic decisions and growth.
• Strengthen internal controls and balance strategic planning with day-to-day financial management.
