Job summary

CFS is seeking an experienced Controller to lead the accounting and finance function in a growing organization. You will manage and develop a capable team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting across the company.

You will build budgets, forecast performance, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. A CPA or CMA is strongly preferred, with 7+ years in finance and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
• 7+ years related experience in finance and accounting.
• CPA or CMA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the accounting and finance function.
• Establish and develop a motivated team including training and development.
• Prepare and review weekly and monthly financial results and forecasts.
• Oversee budgets, cost control, and financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Coordinate month-end and year-end close processes and ensure accurate financial records.
• Interface with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities as needed.
