Job summary

Leidos Defense Systems Sector in Huntsville, AL is seeking an experienced program control professional to lead scope, cost, and schedule for multiple Control Accounts. You will own IMS/PMB processes and drive ETC/EAC analyses while coordinating across functional teams.

The role requires strong communication with leadership, a track record in EVMS integration, and the ability to develop corrective actions within a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and PMB.
• Experience with Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Complete (EAC).
• Experience with baseline change control processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions to define scope for Control Accounts and set expectations for project teams.
• Plan and execute hardware-centric projects, define CA tasks and required resources.
• Coordinate CA-focused program activities across functional groups.
• Direct resources to perform work for assigned CAs and manage labor reporting.
• Review and analyze EVM data at WP/CA levels and ensure schedule integrity.
• Enter monthly inputs in the Leidos EVM tool (LENS) and manage IMS status.
• Support proposal activities with schedule, cost, and resource inputs.
• Develop corrective actions and mitigation plans with IPT teams.
