Job summary

Leidos Defense Systems is seeking a seasoned program control professional in Huntsville to manage Control Accounts with cost and schedule discipline. You will define scope, decompose tasks, and coordinate staffing and resources through the IMS/PMB framework.

Responsibilities include budgeting, variance analysis, and EVMS-based reporting in LENS, with collaboration across IPTs and proposals. The role requires CAM/EVM experience, a BA or Master’s in a related field, and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• BA degree and 8–12 years of relevant experience, or Master's with 6–10 years.
• Experience in CAM or EVM roles with cost/schedule controls.
• Knowledge of IMS, PMB, and forecasting EACs.
• Ability to develop corrective actions and provide risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead scope definition for Control Accounts and decompose tasks.
• Plan and execute hardware-centric projects, manage resources for CAs.
• Coordinate staffing with functional managers across CAs.
• Own CA budgets, schedules, and perform variance analysis (SPI/CPI).
• Enter monthly inputs in the Leidos EVM tool (LENS) and manage ETCs.
• Support proposal activities with schedule, cost, and resource inputs.
