Job summary

Leidos in Huntsville seeks a Principal Program Scheduler to provide strategic scheduling leadership on high-priority U.S. Government defense programs, influencing execution and outcomes.

You will serve as the scheduling authority, anticipating risks, communicating schedule insights, and aligning technical execution, resources, and program objectives.

This onsite role is within the Corporate EVM COE, requiring expertise in IMS, EVM, CPM, Monte Carlo simulations, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven expertise in programmatic scheduling and EVM principles on large, complex programs.
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Project and scheduling analytics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a scheduling leader and advisor for major defense contracts.
• Partner with program leadership to influence decision-making and optimize performance.
• Build and maintain IMS compliant with EIA-748 standards (PASEG, NDIA).
• Present schedule insights and risks to senior stakeholders.
