Job summary

The position requires BA with 4–8 years (MS 2–6), CAM/EVM experience, IMS/PMB knowledge, and familiarity with EAC/ETC, IPMR/IPMDAR, and change control. Strong leadership communication is essential.

Qualifications

• BA degree with 4–8 years of experience or MS with 2–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in CAM or EVMS roles.
• Knowledge of IMS, PMB, change management, work authorization, and EACs.
• Familiarity with IPMR or IPMDAR reporting and related processes.
• Experience with WBS, IMS, and work authorizations.
• Ability to develop variance rationale and recovery plans.

Responsibilities

• Define scope for Control Accounts (CA) and decompose tasks for the project team.
• Plan hardware-centric projects and maintain CA tasks, resources, and baselines.
• Coordinate staffing with functional managers across CAs.
• Analyze EVM data and manage CA budgets and schedules.
• Enter monthly inputs in the LENS EVMS tool and support IMS status updates.
