Job summary

Leidos Defense Sector seeks a Program Control Analyst with CAM/EVM experience to lead cost/schedule performance for Control Accounts. You will define CA tasks, allocate resources, manage IMS/PMB, and support the PMO with risk and change management.

The role requires strong communication with leadership, the ability to work independently and across IPTs, and a track record of delivering on baselines in defense programs. Colorado-based on-site position with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 4–8 years of relevant experience, or MS with 2–6 years.
• Experience in CAM or EVM roles and integrated program management.
• Knowledge of IMS, PMB, EVM, and cost/schedule controls.
• Ability to communicate with leadership and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead scope discussions for Control Accounts and define deliverables.
• Plan hardware-centric projects and allocate required resources.
• Manage CA budgets, schedules, and EVM data at WP/CA levels.
• Coordinate with multiple functional groups and IPTs.
• Support proposal activities with schedules, costs, and resources.
