Job summary

Leidos Defense Sector seeks an experienced Program Control professional to lead Control Account management, EVM analysis, and schedule/cost integration across hardware-centric projects. You will own budgets, ETCs, and baselines, coordinating with multiple functional teams and manufacturing to ensure alignment with program objectives.

The role requires CAM/EVM expertise, knowledge of IMS/PMB, and strong communication with leadership.

Qualifications

• BA degree and 4–8 years of relevant experience or Master’s with 2–6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in a CAM or EVM role
• Knowledge of IMS, PMB, change management, work authorization, and EAC
• Knowledge of IPMR or IPMDAR reporting
• Project control experience with WBS, IMS, and work authorizations
• Understanding of cost and schedule development and variance recovery plans
• Experience with ETC and EAC development
• Baseline change control processes and monthly schedule status
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Familiar with EVMS integration and risk management
• Coordinate with Manufacturing for schedule/execution
• Support proposals and business development activities

Responsibilities

• Lead scope definition for Control Accounts and set expectations for project teams
• Plan and execute hardware-centric projects, define CA tasks and resources
• Communicate staffing needs with functional managers across CAs
• Coordinate CA-focused program activities across functions
• Direct technical/functional resources for assigned CAs
• Review labor reports, baseline vs. forecast
• Analyze EVM data at WP/CA level and generate ETCs
• Own CA budgets and schedules; perform variance analysis
• Enter monthly inputs in Leidos EVM tool (LENS) incl IMS status and BCRs
• Develop schedule and cost recovery plans; assist in risk/issue reviews
• Contribute to proposal inputs with schedule, cost and resources
• Provide mitigation actions and actionables for program objectives
• Ensure EVMS/risk management integration and reporting
• Collaborate with IPT to maintain baselines and action plans
• Support Change Control Board approvals and implementation
