Job summary

Leidos is seeking a seasoned Project Control professional to lead scope definition and planning for Control Accounts in a hardware-centric defense program. You will manage resources, monitor labor, and validate EVMS metrics across WPs and CAs to ensure program objectives are met.

The role requires experience with IMS/PMB, EACs, and change control, plus the ability to work with cross-functional teams and to support proposal efforts with accurate schedule and cost inputs.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and tracking the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and PMB.
• Knowledge of change management, work authorizations, and forecasting EACs.
• Ability to analyze cost and schedule variances and develop recovery plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead CA scope definition and tasking for project teams.
• Plan hardware-centric tasks, resources, and CA baselines.
• Review labor, BCMs, and EVMS data at WP/CA levels.
• Enter monthly inputs in the LENS tool including IMS status and ETC.
• Support proposal activities with schedule, cost, and resource inputs.
