Job summary

You will work with Contracts Analysts and leadership to oversee project implementations end-to-end, ensuring plan benefit descriptions and contract language comply with health insurance laws and internal protocols.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in contract administration, including product development and implementation.
• Supervisory experience or leading cross-functional projects preferred.
• Bachelor degree level of education.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end development and maintenance of account agreements and amendments.
• Coordinate with Legal and Underwriting to ensure compliance of agreement terms.
• Develop boilerplate language and amendments for annual renewals.
• Oversee big-picture changes to account agreements and meet milestones.
• Support new product launches and corporate initiatives impacting accounts.
