Job summary

You will supervise Contracts Analysts and work with leadership to implement contract language compliant with health insurance laws. You will drive annual product updates, oversee cross-functional projects, and ensure milestones are met while coordinating policy forms and regulatory requirements in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of contract administration experience.
• Supervisory or cross-functional project leadership preferred.
• Bachelor degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Contracts Analysts, assign tasks and oversee end-to-end project implementations.
• Develop and update Senior, Vision and Dental products and policy forms.
• Ensure contract language complies with health insurance laws and regulations.
• Coordinate cross-functional workgroups and manage projects.
• Drive milestones and deliverables for annual product changes.
