You will analyze market data, prepare rate proposals, and ensure terms align with corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required; Masters preferred.
• 7+ years health care finance or policy experience, with 5+ years provider or payer contracting.
• Strong negotiation, modeling, and analytics capabilities.
• Experience as a primary negotiator with large, complex hospital and physician organizations.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for contracts across hospital and physician groups.
• Manage all aspects of negotiations including market data, proposals, terms, and contract language.
• Develop rate proposals using Excel-based modeling and analytics.
• Ensure contract terms and rates are implemented accurately on the effective date.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to align contracts with strategy and policies.
• Contribute to creative contracting strategies and value-based care approaches.
