Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts seeks a Contracts Manager to lead the Contracts Development & Contracts Delivery team for Commercial Medical. You will collaborate with Contracts Analysts and leadership to oversee end-to-end project implementations, ensuring contract language complies with health insurance laws and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in contract administration, including product development and implementation.
• Supervisory experience or leading cross-functional projects preferred.
• Bachelor degree level of education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Commercial Medical products and financial arrangements to support legislation, regulatory requirements, new plan offerings, and corporate concerns.
• Annual Schedule of Benefits creation and updates.
• Custom Schedule of Benefits and updates for new and renewing accounts.
• Oversee and manage big-picture requirements for annual Commercial Medical product changes and drive milestones.
• Analyze changes to ensure contract documents and system values are updated.
• Lead cross-functional workgroups and manage projects for new products and corporate initiatives.
• Coordinate corporate and department projects and ensure milestones are met.
• Work with leadership to define strategic direction, goals, and department initiatives.
