The City of New York's DOT Agency Chief Contracting Officer's Office (ACCO) is seeking an Administrative Manager NM 1 - Contract Analyst to perform analytical and administrative work in procurements, ensuring compliance with City Charter and PPB rules. The role requires experience in procurement and contract administration for major programs.

Qualifications

• Four years of clerical/administrative experience requiring independent decision‑making concerning program management or planning, allocation for resources and the scheduling and assignment of work, 18 months of which must have been in an administrative, managerial, executive or supervisory capacity.
• 18 months of administrative, managerial, executive or supervisory experience as described in above.
• Education above the high school level may be substituted for general clerical/administrative experience.

Responsabilités

• Review, preparation, and analysis of procurement documents and contracts for projects of design and infrastructure.
• Assist in definition and evaluation of scope, vendors' selection and planning of procurements.
• Prepare weekly procurement status reports and coordinate meetings with agency staff and vendors.
• Familiarity with PASSPort and FMS systems for document review and preparation.
