Job summary

New York City Department of Transportation is seeking an Administrative Staff Analyst with the title Senior Contract Analyst to manage procurement and budgeting for major DOT projects. The role emphasizes compliance with PPB, M/WBE program, and other city/state/federal mandates, using PASSPort and FMS for evaluation and approvals.

The Senior Contract Analyst will support ACCO management in award recommendations, coordinate with oversight bodies and vendors, and maintain procurement status

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in management of contracts and procurements, administration and budget in public or private sector.
• Knowledge of Procurement Policy Board (PPB) rules, Mayor's Office of Contract Services (MOCS) guidelines, and other relevant rules and regulations.
• Must have analytical skills.
• Experience in PASSPort and FMS is also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze procurement and contract documents for DOT projects related to design, infrastructure, Open Streets, RTPI, and other priority initiatives.
• Assist ACCO management with final recommendations for contract awards and registrations; help set project goals and schedules.
• Represent ACCO and the agency at meetings with Oversight agencies and vendors.
• Perform weekly procurement status reporting and conduct high‑level research as required.
