The City of New York is seeking a Procurement Analyst in the Division of Budget and Program Operations to manage full procurement cycles, develop complex solicitations, and ensure compliance with city, state, and federal guidelines.

This full-time role reports to the Deputy Director, engages with stakeholders, conducts pre-bid conferences, and administers PASSPort and FMS procurement processes to support housing and related programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing goods and services and contracts across complex procurements.
• Ability to develop and manage complex procurements using multiple procurement methods.
• Strong coordination with stakeholders to align procurements with business needs.

Responsabilités

• Reviews requisitions, procurement and contract documents for accuracy and adequacy; coordinates with staff to adjust discrepancies.
