Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Public or Business Administration, Management, Finance or related field.
• Three years of experience in contract development or administration, including one year in a lead capacity.
• Knowledge of contract compliance, procurement processes, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and negotiate contracts by researching requirements, purchase history and product information.
• Design contract administration strategies that meet business needs and coordinate requirements.
• Review, revise and re-negotiate existing contracts for performance, cost reductions and consolidation opportunities.
• Monitor contract expenditures, performance, and contractor evaluations; maintain contract database.
• Provide guidance and training on contractual policies; ensure end users adhere to rules and regulations.
