Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Public Administration, or Engineering.
• Minimum five years managerial or administrative experience with budgets or CIP.
• Experience coordinating CIP administration and fiscal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the City’s Capital Improvements Program (CIP) and advise top management on non-engineering issues.
• Plan, organize, develop, implement, oversee and review CIP to budget and schedule projects.
• Establish and oversee an administrative management team and advisory committees.
• Draft project authorizations, allocate funds, and coordinate changes to project proposals.
