Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/business/public administration or related field plus four years of progressive accounting/finance experience including two years in procurement.
• Experience in planning and development of business projects and programs related to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and control of financial functions, procurement and inventory management.
• Assist in planning and development of programs such as lease management, asset inventory, performance measures, and parking revenue control systems.
• Assist in auditing plans, procedures and reporting; identify deficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Manage procurement of inventory items, contracts and budgets; communicate with vendors and approve purchases.
• Oversee inventory control, warehouse procedures, and reporting; support departmental budgeting and procurement policy changes.
