Qualifications

• Knowledge of FAR and government contracting regulations.
• Experience developing, administering, and managing complex contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contract closeout process per SOPs and site guidance.
• Maintain 100% accountability of folders/docs during closeout.
• Contact agencies for written payment history and manufacturers for delivery history.
• Determine fund obligations and de-obligations with supervisor review.
• Prepare closeout documents for contracting officer review.
• Complete daily/weekly closeout reports and communicate with stakeholders.
