Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and federal contracting procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office software and contract close out processes.

Responsibilities

• Complete contract close out process as required by SOP and supervisor.
• Maintain 100% accountability of contract folders and documents.
• Determine if contracts, invoices and payment records reconcile.
• Check government databases for receiving documentation.
• Contact vendors for invoice payment information and delivery history.
• Prepare DD1594 and closeout documents for contracting officer review.
