Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Customer Contract Manager to own and manage complex contracts and budgets for clinical trials. You will drive revenue targets, coordinate with project leads and customers, and ensure timely execution of contracts and change orders.

The role requires budgeting experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently within the Contract Management process. Occasional travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have budgeting and financial analysis experience within contracts.
• Experience with contract management in a clinical or pharmaceutical environment preferred.
• Strong communication, time management and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages complex contracts and change orders process to ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiates and prepares contracts, budgets, and related documents for participation in clinical trials.
• Analyzes budget changes and provides commentary to project managers and customers to support the budget value.
• Maintains CRM and Contract Management records and adheres to GDCM processes.
