Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Project Manager - Full Service to lead and deliver clinical studies from startup through closeout. You will act as primary client contact, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, compliant outcomes across Phase II and III trials globally.

The role requires hands-on management of complex trials, strong communication skills, and ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field.
• CRO experience required and proven ability to manage clinical trials from initiation to closeout.
• Strong cross-functional project management, budgets, timelines, and client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage clinical studies from startup through closeout.
• Oversee Phase II–III trials, global and multi-protocol studies.
• Maintain primary liaison with sponsors and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, resources, risks and deliverables.
