Job summary

Remote – US Based, you will lead cross-functional efforts, leverage Excel and clinical trial systems, and drive timelines while advancing strategic study needs across multiple therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• Budgeting and contract negotiation experience for clinical trials.
• Ability to develop and refine templates for contracts and budgets.
• Strong project management skills and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and manage US site budgets and clinical trial agreements.
• Lead negotiations with large academic institutions and other stakeholders.
• Maintain trackers and ensure compliance with GCP and SOPs.
• Support and train team members; drive process improvements.
