Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Clinical Operations to lead end-to-end trials in a full-service model. You will manage studies from initiation through closeout, overseeing cross-functional teams, budgets, and timelines to deliver on client goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• CRO experience required.
• Experience managing clinical trials from initiation to closeout.
• Strong cross-functional PM experience with direct study execution involvement.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical studies from startup through closeout.
• Oversee Phase II/III trials, global and multi‑protocol.
• Act as primary liaison between sponsors and internal teams.
• Ensure studies comply with GCP, ICH, regulatory requirements and SOPs.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, deliverables.
• Drive day-to-day study execution and resolve issues.
• Coordinate activities across functions and external partners.
• Maintain accountability for quality, finances and client satisfaction.
