Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Clinical Operations - Full Service. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure delivery of complex global trials from startup to closeout. The role requires hands-on study execution, adherence to GCP/ICH guidelines, and strong client communication.

.Reporting to leadership, you will oversee timelines, risks, and performance while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with sponsors to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• CRO experience required and demonstrated ability to manage trials from initiation to closeout.
• Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage clinical studies from startup through closeout.
• Lead Phase II/III trials, including global and multi-protocol studies.
• Act as primary liaison between sponsors and internal teams.
• Ensure studies comply with GCP, ICH, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, resources, risks and deliverables.
• Mentor junior project staff and promote cross-functional collaboration.
