Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Full Service to lead end-to-end clinical operations and deliver studies on time and within budget. You will manage cross-functional teams, liaise with sponsors, and ensure regulatory compliance across Phase II and III trials.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication skills, and travel up to 25%. We value a proactive, collaborative approach to driving successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• CRO experience required.
• Proven independent management of clinical trials from initiation to closeout.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead studies from startup through closeout.
• Oversee Phase II/III trials and global multi-protocol studies.
• Act as primary sponsor liaison and lead client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with GCP/ICH and company SOPs.
• Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Mentor junior PMs and support staff.
