Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
3 years' experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area OR 5 years' experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area.
Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Own strategic relationships with major studios, distributors, and other content partners.
Develop understanding of studio priorities, release calendars, and market trends.
Manage content selection, merchandising, and on-platform discovery initiatives.
Oversee title onboarding, content ingestion, metadata quality, and asset delivery.
