Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager of Partnerships for WatchFree+ to forge strategic partnerships with global content studios and drive platform growth. The role combines business development, program management, and data‑driven decision making to maximize revenue and user engagement across FAST and AVOD channels.

You will collaborate with executive stakeholders, content partners, and technical vendors to prioritize initiatives, manage contracts, and ensure successful product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field plus 5 years’ strategic partnerships/BD experience or 7 years in related roles.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage partnerships with data‑driven insights.
• Experience with program requirements and metrics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partner relationships; drive revenue growth.
• Oversee partner performance metrics for FAST channels and AVOD.
• Support onboarding of new partners and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that grow platform content viewership.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) on partnership initiatives.
• Manage partner contracts and ensure compliance with terms.
• Track and report content launches and their impact on partners.
• Work with Product and Engineering to represent partner use cases during development.
