Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field and 1 year’s experience in multimedia production, project management, or a related field OR 3 years’ experience in multimedia production, project management, or a relevant area.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update the master slate tracker across all active projects, including development, pre-production, production, post-production, delivery.
• Track key dates, deliverables, approvals, milestones, budgets, invoices, contracts, schedules, and internal handoffs.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, action items, and follow-ups for project stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison across internal teams, including legal, marketing, programming, delivery, operations, finance, and creative.
• Support communication with production companies, producers, agencies, vendors, and other external partners.
• Assist with onboarding production partners into internal systems and workflows.
