Job summary

Elmington Construction is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter in Nashville to source and onboard top talent, strengthen employer branding, and partner with leaders across the organization.

You will manage requisitions, develop targeted outreach strategies, screen candidates for qualifications and cultural fit, and drive the interview process with a focus on efficiency and candidate experience. Proficiency with Paycor is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–4+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in construction industry is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable managing a high requisition load and filling hard-to-fill positions.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to influence outcomes.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and Paycor ATS.
