Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Construction Recruiter to join our team in Nashville. This person will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and securing top construction talent across the country. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the construction industry, a strong existing network, and a proven ability to fill roles ranging from field operations to executive leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for construction positions including Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and Executive roles
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates within commercial, industrial, multifamily, retail, and mission-critical sectors
• Drive recruiting strategy to ensure speed, quality, and long-term placement success
• Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and deliver tailored search strategies
• Source proactively through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and industry networks

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years of recruiting experience specifically within the construction industry (agency or in-house)
• Proven track record of placing talent in field and office construction roles
• Strong understanding of construction operations, project lifecycles, and regional markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple searches at once
