Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably supporting construction, engineering, infrastructure, data center, or other project-driven environments.
• Direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement across construction professionals.
• Experience partnering with executives and hiring managers.
• Strong knowledge of construction terminology and project staffing.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
• Source and engage construction professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Conduct comprehensive recruiter interviews to assess project experience and qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews across teams and manage multiple searches across disciplines.
• Present qualified candidates with clear project experience summaries and availability.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide market intelligence to leadership.
