Job summary

Hunter Sage, a growing energy and industrial company, seeks a Senior Recruiter – Construction to act as a strategic partner to business leaders across technical, engineering, operations, and corporate functions. You will drive full-cycle recruiting, from intake to offer, ensuring alignment with timelines and workforce plans.

You will build robust talent pipelines, advise stakeholders on evaluations and interview practices, and use recruiting analytics and market data to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or corporate functions.
• Strong proficiency with ATS and recruiting analytics.

We’re partnering with a growing organization in the energy and industrial sector seeking an experiencedSenior Recruiter – Constructionto join their team. This role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving full-cycle recruiting efforts across technical, engineering, operations, and corporate functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake meeting through offer acceptance
• Partner closely with hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans
• Advise stakeholders on candidate evaluation, interview best practices, and market trends
• Conduct intake sessions to align on role requirements, timelines, and hiring expectations
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and relationship-building efforts
• Assess candidates for technical qualifications, culture fit, and long-term potential
• Utilize recruiting metrics and market data to influence hiring decisions
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the ATS
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning initiatives

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or corporate functions
• Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and hiring teams
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Experience:

• Construction industry experience***
