Builtech Services LLC is a nationwide construction services company known for ground-up construction and tenant improvements across diverse markets. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to source, evaluate and recruit top-level talent to join the Builtech family.

The role offers the opportunity to shape a growing team in a dynamic industry. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators and more while building a strong talent pipeline and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in construction or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Proficiency with recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles including Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Office Management and Site Assistants.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social networks and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit and alignment with Builtech values.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and staffing plans.
• Support participation in career fairs, networking events and digital marketing.
