Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or commensurate experience.
• 7+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles concurrently.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar ATS.
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for entry-level to leadership roles.
• Source top talent through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, events, and other channels.
• Review resumes and conduct phone screens to evaluate skills and fit.
• Coordinate interview processes from kickoff to offer and onboarding.
• Track recruiting activity and use data to improve time-to-fill and quality.
