Job summary

BROTHERS Pro-Pave LLC in New Jersey is seeking a Sales Representative to identify, develop, and maintain client relationships to drive revenue within the construction and paving industry. You will serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of accounts, handling retention, growth, and strategic business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant past experience in sales.
• Experience as a direct contributor carrying an individual quota, experience selling construction services specifically asphalt or concrete is preferred.
• Ability to and experience selling to Manager and Director levels within the organization.
• Experience managing and directing the entire project cycle from beginning to close.
• Candidate will be strategic in finding new business using technical knowledge and skillset.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management teams to prepare competitive proposals.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings to promote company services.
