Job summary

Mullins Mechanical is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial construction projects across facilities and process piping installations. You will oversee schedules, budgets, vendor relations, and safety compliance while coordinating with field teams, engineers, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Building Science or Construction Management, PMP/CCM is a plus, and a proven track record of managing multi-million dollar projects

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• PMP, CCM or equivalent certification is a plus.
• OSHA 30, First Aid and CPR training.
• Extensive experience managing budgets for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
• Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
• Familiarity with contract and subcontract documents.

Responsibilities

• Development and management of all project documentation.
• Schedule and lead hand-off meetings to gather information before construction.
• Prepare construction budgets from plans and specifications and verify cost codes.
• Obtain permits and finalize Schedule of Values for owner billing.
• Build and manage project schedule with field supervisors; track costs.
• Prepare monthly project billing and invoices; ensure profitability.
