Mullins Mechanical is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects with a client-focused approach. You will coordinate scope, schedule, and budget across field teams, engineers, and subcontractors from initial handoff through project closeout.

The work location will be project-site based, with travel as required. The ideal candidate has a track record of managing complex projects, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of safety and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or BS/BA in related field.
• PMP/CCM or equivalent is an asset.
• Budget management experience on construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all project documentation.
• Lead hand-off meetings and gather essential job information.
• Prepare budgets and cost forecasts; verify cost code accuracy.
• Obtain permits and manage vendor/subcontractor contracts.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and project profitability.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity on site.
• Collaborate with PMs and superintendents on resources.
• Prepare and submit project invoices and cost reports.
• Maintain project tracking in CRM.
