Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration in the United States is seeking an Associate Director of Construction Project Coordination to lead our project coordination teams and oversee the full lifecycle of property restoration and mitigation projects.

You will ensure seamless communication between Project Managers, field technicians, insurance adjusters, and TPAs, coach coordinators, enforce workflows, and drive continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing a team of coordinators.
• Strong ability to build processes and SOPs.
• High attention to detail across multiple projects.
• Excellent communication across stakeholders.
• 5+ years in project coordination or operations.
• Experience in restoration, construction or related industries preferred.
• Experience developing SOPs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Project Coordinators and set KPIs.
• Oversee scheduling coordination across teams and portfolios.
• Audit project documentation for accuracy and audit-readiness.
• Manage on-call schedules and after-hours support.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, field technicians, insurance adjusters, and TPAs.
