Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead residential restoration projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and subcontractors while maintaining exceptional customer service and professionalism.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines. Training is provided for the right background.

Qualifications

• Minimum college degree or equivalent industry experience in construction/restoration.
• 3-5 years’ experience in construction/restoration project management.
• Proficiency with computers and various technologies.
• Industry certifications (IICRC and Lead) recommended.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute construction plans and schedules to meet changing needs.
• Manage project budget, invoicing, and receivables for each project.
• Recruit, supervise and manage subcontractors and trade partners.
• Interface with clients, inspectors, engineers, officials, estimators, vendors, and staff to ensure execution and deadlines.
• Deliver on brand promise and uphold core values and quality standards.
• Ensure project documents are complete, on time, and stored properly.
• Participate in on-call rotation for new losses as scheduled.
