Job summary

Paul Davis is seeking an Administrative Coordinator/Program Coordinator to support residential and commercial restoration projects across the United States. You will assist with coordination, documentation, and customer communication to ensure timely progress and adherence to standards.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at building relationships with customers, internal teams, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain project documentation and monitor progress.

Responsibilities

• Fields calls from customers and team members and builds rapport.
• Support the Project Management and Estimating teams in maintaining client relationships.
• Maintain organized project documentation and filing systems.
• Coordinate communication with customers regarding project schedules and updates.
• Maintain records of customer communication and project activity.
• Maintain subcontractor documentation, coordination, and compliance tracking.
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier prequalification and registration requirements.
