Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration seeks an Operations Manager to lead production and operational performance across water, fire, mold, and reconstruction projects. You will oversee emergency response, estimating, field operations, and project management while driving safety, profitability, and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of disaster restoration experience and a proven leadership record, capable of scaling operations, improving systems, and delivering on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• 7+ years in disaster restoration with mitigation and reconstruction.
• 3+ years leading production, operations, project management, or estimating teams.
• Strong knowledge of water, fire, mold, storm, and reconstruction projects.
• Proficiency in Xactimate, Symbility, Excel, and restoration software.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations across water, fire, mold, storm, contents, and reconstruction services.
• Lead Project Managers, Estimators, Coordinators, and Field Teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Monitor workload, backlog, WIP, cycle times, and production KPIs to achieve goals.
• Ensure all jobs are completed on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards.
• Drive profitability and exceptional customer service across projects.
