Job summary

PALA Group, Inc. provides integrated project administration for timekeeping, onboarding, staffing, billing, and records. The SDU-11 Project Administrator supports accurate, confidential data handling and coordination among field leadership, HR, payroll, and vendors to ensure smooth project operations.

Role requires organizing meeting logistics, materials shipments, and site access credentials, while maintaining project systems with attention to detail and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of construction-office or project-administration experience.
• Working knowledge of timekeeping, payroll support, billing documentation, onboarding, staffing records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint; knowledge of listed systems is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, typing, grammar, organization, attention to detail, basic mathematics, critical thinking, problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and interface with all levels of management and field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated project administration for timekeeping, payroll support, onboarding, staffing coordination, billing and records.
• Serve as administrative connection among field leadership, HR, payroll, vendors, subcontractors, and Site Project Manager.
• Maintain accurate, confidential project records in approved systems and ensure timely, traceable data handling.
• Escalate payroll, badging, onboarding, staffing, billing, and mobilization issues to the Site Project Manager.
