PALA Group, Inc. in Aiken, SC is seeking a SDU-11 Project Controls professional to own the project-control processes for schedule, cost, earned value, labor hours, quantities, production, and forecasting.

You will integrate Primavera P6 with Excel, Lists, SharePoint, Power BI, and Vista Viewpoint data to provide a single authoritative information set for the project team. The role requires collaboration with construction and project management, strong data reconciliation, and the ability to

Qualifications

Five+ years in project-controls, cost-control, scheduling, estimating or construction-project reporting.
Experience with schedule development, cost and labor tracking, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting.
Proficiency with Primavera P6 or CPM scheduling software; strong Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI and SharePoint ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Owns project-control processes for schedule, cost, earned value, labor hours, quantities, production, forecasting, and reporting.
Integrates Primavera P6 with Excel, Lists, SharePoint, Power BI and Vista Viewpoint finance data to provide one authoritative information set.
Communicates trends and variances to project leadership and recommends corrective actions.
