Qualifications

• 5-year electrical apprenticeship program or related degree.
• 10 years' experience in project management and 5 years' experience in a division manager role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, approval and implementation of plans, policies, goals and philosophies for the company business development functions.
• Assess methods to change how products and services are provided and develop opportunities in line with company goals.
• Maintain a search for acquisitions, alliances and business investments to achieve company goals.
• Continuously generate contacts and stay informed about industries and areas of operation.
• Act as a principal negotiator with partners or customers.
• Make presentations to executive management and prospective partners or customers.
• Direct production department activities through subordinate managers to optimize facilities and personnel.
• Review expenditures and financial reports to determine requirements for increasing profits.
• Enforce compliance with policies, procedures and safety rules.
• Coordinate production efforts with project managers and field teams for maximum efficiency.
• Review project costs and performance to improve results while maximizing resources.
• Perform additional responsibilities as directed by executives.
